payment, shipping and returns

payment

Payment methods accepted on nevenka.com.au are Visa, MasterCard credit, debit cards and PayPal.

Payment methods that are not accepted are cheques, money order, cash on delivery.

Please note when converting prices to another currency or when an item is charged to a credit card, a slight price variation of between up to 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and your credit card contract details.

 

shipping and returns

australian orders

nevenka offers complimentary shipping within Australia on all orders over $200. We use Australia Post for domestic deliveries to your nominated address. 

nevenka dispatches all orders from Melbourne, VIC, Australia. Orders are dispatched in 1-2 days after receiving the payment. Pre-ordered garments are created and dispatched in the time frame stated on a product page.

Orders received on a Victorian or National holiday and on weekends will be proceeded on the following business day.

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with shipment confirmation and tracking number.

You must provide a correct and complete address, including a company name where applicable, and at least one contact telephone number.

All parcels require signature upon delivery. We recommend your parcel to be sent to an address where you will be able to receive it between 9 am and 5 pm.

If no one is at the specified address when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will redirect your parcel to the nearest post office for collection.

Please allow up to 5 extra business days for your order to be proceeded before shipping during peak seasons.

 

international orders

nevenka offers complimentary shipping on all international orders over $200.

nevenka dispatches all orders from Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

International orders will have an approximate delivery time frame of 4-14 business days, depending upon your location.

International deliveries cannot be sent to P.O. boxes.

When orders are shipped internationally, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond delivery estimates.

nevenka cannot be held responsible for any duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes and other fees, which may be imposed, will rest solely with the customer.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'.

nevenka cannot mark international orders as a 'gift' or 'sample' due to law prohibitions.

 

returns & exchanges

If for any reason an item does not work out for you, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your package. To request a return, please email melbourne@nevenka.com.au with your order number, and we will get back to you shortly! Please note that your refund will be proceed within 14 days.

nevenka offers complimentary return shipping on all orders.

Please ensure returned garments are unworn and in good condition, otherwise the return cannot be proceeded.

If you would like to exchange an item, you will be able to place a new order for a replacement garment upon receiving your store credit.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email melbourne@nevenka.com.au with your order number and a photo of the garment, and we'll take care of you!

Please note that custom made pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

order changes and cancellations

If you’d like to make a change to your order, we’d be happy to help you as long as your order hasn’t shipped. Please keep in mind that it can take an additional time to complete your updated order.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at melbourne@nevenka.com.au as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our facility. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
